After completing her primary and secondary education in Istanbul, she graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in Psychology in 2001. During her undergraduate studies, she completed an internship at Bakırköy Mental and Neurological Diseases Education and Research Hospital. She actively participated in relief efforts during the 1999 Marmara earthquake. From 2001 to 2006, she worked with children and adolescents at the Interest Hearing and Speech Disorders Rehabilitation Center. Additionally, she conducted individual psychotherapy sessions with adults at the Balance Education and Counseling Center and the Academy Therapy Center, focusing on children and adolescents with attention deficit disorder, learning disabilities, and adult cases. From 2006 to 2015, she was involved in the diagnosis and treatment of outpatient and inpatient adult patients in the psychosis and neurosis departments, as well as in the outpatient clinic at Erenköy Mental and Neurological Diseases Education and Research Hospital. Her responsibilities included dynamic-oriented individual psychotherapy, psychodrama group therapy, interaction groups, psycho-educational group therapy, and psychometric test applications. She received training in psychometric testing from the Psychology Laboratory of Istanbul University`s Çapa Faculty of Medicine. After completing her master`s degree, she completed training and supervision in Cognitive and Behavioral Psychotherapies provided by Prof. Dr. Mehmet Z. Sungur at the Cognitive Behavioral Therapies Association between 2004 and 2006. She earned the title of psychodrama group therapist (Psychodramatist) in 2011 after completing her training at the Istanbul International Zerka Moreno Institute. She participated in Psychodynamic Oriented Psychotherapy Training by Prof. Dr. Doğan Şahin, and completed training in Rorschach and Thematic Apperception Tests provided by Prof. Dr. Tevfika Tunaboylu İkiz at the Rorschach and Projective Tests Association. She received training on Domestic Violence Education for Women from the Ministry of Health, and subsequently provided training on Domestic Violence Education for Primary Care Treatment Teams. She also attended EMDR Level I training at the Institute of Behavioral Sciences and obtained the Ministry of Health`s "Authorization Certificate for Medical Applications of Psychology." She received training on therapy for Sexual Dysfunction at the Center for Sexual Education and Therapy Research (CETAD). She began practicing as a therapist in interaction groups after completing Interaction Group training and supervision provided by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Celal Odağ. From 2012 to 2015, she participated in analytical-oriented case supervisions led by Specialist Psychologist Yavuz Erten, Prof. Dr. Bella Habip, and Prof. Dr. Mine Özmen. She was part of the treatment team during the establishment phase of the "Psychotherapy Center" at Erenköy Mental and Neurological Diseases Education and Research Hospital, where she worked as an individual and group therapist specializing in neurotic disorders and personality disorders until 2015. From 2015 to 2022, she worked as an adult psychotherapist at NP Etiler Medical Center, and concurrently served as a part-time lecturer at Üsküdar University. She specializes as a dynamic-oriented adult psychologist. As of April 2024, she began working at Göztepe Psychiatry.
