She was born in Istanbul in 1989. After completing her high school education at T.E.B Ataşehir Anatolian High School between 2003-2007, she graduated from the Psychology Department of Maltepe University in 2012 and then completed her thesis-based Master`s degree in Clinical Psychology at Üskudar University in 2014.
During her undergraduate studies, she participated in various academic research and social responsibility projects. Some of these include participation in the "Values Study with Low Socio-Economic Families and Children Living" conducted in collaboration with Kartal Municipality as part of a social responsibility project and involvement in the area of "Communication Skills of Families and Their Children." During her education, she successfully completed internships at the Psychiatry Clinic of Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty Hospital and the Addiction Clinic of NPİSTANBUL Brain Hospital.
She successfully completed her undergraduate research project on the relationship between the job satisfaction levels and burnout levels of bank employees. For her Master`s thesis, she successfully completed a study titled "The Relationship Between Attachment Styles and Locus of Control in Dependent Individuals."
During her Master`s studies, she received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from Prof. Dr. Hakan Türkçapar, Rorschach Test from Prof. Dr. Tevfika İkiz, and EMDR Level I Practitioner from Specialist Psychologist Emre Konuk. She also received training on Personality Disorders Diagnosis and Treatment (Glen O. Gabbard, Otto F. Kernberg, Michaela Swales, Clara Mucci, Umberta Telfener, Paul Links) under the leadership of Istanbul Psychology School. Currently, she continues to receive education in Psychodynamic Oriented Psychotherapy from Specialist Clinical Psychologist Suzan Uğur Girginer and continues individual supervision.
She worked as a Psychologist at Andaç Special Education and Rehabilitation Center between 2012-2013, where she conducted individual work with children and families with different developmental needs. She worked as a specialist psychologist at NPİSTANBUL Brain Hospital from November 2013 to October 2021, providing psychological assessment and psychotherapy services to young adults and adults in inpatient and outpatient settings. Additionally, she was involved in implementing individual psychotherapies, group therapies, and psychological assessments in the closed male psychosis ward.
From 2021 to 2022, she worked as a Clinical Psychologist providing outpatient services to adult patients at Uskudar University NP Feneryolu Medical Center. In the field of individual psychotherapy, she primarily applies the psychodynamic psychotherapy approach while also benefiting from cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavior schools. She listens to the needs of individuals seeking her services, conducts a personalized assessment, and believes therapy interventions should be tailored accordingly.
