STAI-1, or the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory - State Anxiety Subscale, is a measurement tool designed to assess the level of state anxiety. In Turkish, it is known as the Durumluk Kaygı Envanteri, aiming to evaluate the anxiety level specific to an individual's current situation. This inventory is utilized to understand and assess the anxiety level individuals experience at a particular moment.
STAI-1 consists of 20 statements that measure an individual's current anxiety state. Individuals rate these statements based on how they feel in the moment. The inventory is typically evaluated as a scale score, indicating the individual's current level of state anxiety.
